Subscription & Refund Policy

Prices are in USD. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

• —Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month.
• —Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. The Ark does not store your card details.
• —You will receive a receipt by email after each successful charge.
• —If a payment fails, Stripe will retry for up to [X] days before canceling your subscription.

• —Cancel any time from your Account page → Subscription → "Manage Subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal).
• —Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• —No partial refunds for unused time in the current period.
• —After cancellation, your account reverts to Free tier at the next renewal date.

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You retain access until your billing period ends.

Exception — first 48 hours: If you subscribed within the last 48 hours and have not accessed any Pro-gated content, you may request a full refund by emailing support@theark.ink. Refunds are at our discretion.

Technical failures: If a documented platform error prevented you from accessing subscribed content for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact us for a pro-rated credit.

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change. If you do not cancel before the effective date, you consent to the new price.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Stripe calculates and collects applicable taxes where required by law.
